How the Program Works
Every Tuesday evening, we meet for a 90-minute live session. These aren't lectures where you sit and watch. We work through financial statements together, discuss what we're seeing, and answer questions in real time.
Between sessions, you'll spend 3-4 hours working on practice analyses. We provide actual financial statements from real companies. You analyze them, document your findings, and submit your work for review.
Weekly Live Session
Work through new concepts and techniques together. Ask questions, discuss approaches, review difficult cases with the group.
Independent Practice
Analyze assigned financial statements using the week's techniques. Document your findings and prepare questions for the next session.
Instructor Feedback
Receive detailed written feedback on your analysis. Learn what you missed, what you got right, and how to strengthen your approach.
Apply and Improve
Use the feedback in your next analysis. Build on what you've learned and develop stronger analytical judgment over the 14 weeks.
What You Get
Beyond the weekly sessions and practice materials, you'll have access to our complete resource library. That includes financial statement templates, analysis checklists, and industry benchmark data.
The final project requires you to prepare a comprehensive analysis of a company's three-year financial performance. You'll present your findings to the group and receive feedback from both instructors and peers.
